For tutors and small academies

Teach your class.Every family stays in the loop.

Classes, attendance, fees and coursework in one simple place. Every week, Wise Classroom drafts a short, honest note about each student. You check it, and send it to their family on WhatsApp.

Takes a minute. Save your account later, when you want to keep it.

The one feature

The note families actually read

Parents don't open dashboards. They open WhatsApp. So every Monday, Wise Classroom turns what it already knows about each student into one short note you can send in a tap.

  1. The real numbersFrom the attendance register, the work handed in and the quizzes passed. Nothing is guessed, and a class with no register doesn't count against anyone.
  2. One thing to do this weekThe single most useful next step, like the task still missing. In the trials, saying what to improve worked better than general praise.
  3. Sent by youIt opens in your own WhatsApp, ready to send. You can change every word. The app never messages anyone itself and stores no phone numbers.
  4. Plus a private family link with the details, no account needed.

Why it works

Small notes, big effects

This isn't a hunch. Telling families the truth every week is one of the cheapest things randomised trials have found to help students.

28%

fewer failed courses when parents got weekly texts about missed work, grades and absences.

Bergman and Chan, 2021

41%

fewer students failed to earn their credit when teachers sent one sentence a week home.

Kraft and Rogers, 2015

Half

as many absences as there really were: that's what parents tend to believe. Telling them the real number cut chronic absence by over 10%.

Rogers and Feller, 2018

How it works

Three steps, and the first takes a minute

  1. Step 1

    Start in a minute

Create your classroom without signing up. Share its link in your class WhatsApp group, and students join with just their name.

  2. Step 2

    Teach as usual

Schedule classes with a join link. Students tap I'm here, hand in work, take quizzes and tell you when they've paid.

  3. Step 3

    Send the week home

On Monday, see who needs you first. Read each family's note, change anything you like, and send it.

What's included

Everything a tuition class needs, nothing it doesn't

The weekly note is built from these, so each one is there for a reason.

  • Classes and attendanceA join link for every class. Students tap I'm here, and you confirm the register in one go.
  • AssignmentsScreenshots, PDFs and Word files, checked before they're saved. Feedback, and a second try.
  • Course and quizzesLessons with a short Urdu recap at the end, and quizzes that earn XP.
  • Fees and receiptsA monthly or course fee. Students send a payment screenshot, you confirm, and a numbered receipt is made.
  • Family linksA private page for each family with classes, work and fees. No account, no app to install.
  • Course agentAsk it to set work or move a class. Nothing changes until you approve the card it shows you.

Compared with Google Classroom

Built for tutors, not school districts

Google Classroom is excellent for schools on Google Workspace. A tuition class needs different things.

Questions

What people ask first

Is it free?

You can try everything without signing up or paying. When you want to keep your classroom, save your account with your email.

Do parents need to download anything?

No. The note arrives on WhatsApp from your own number, and the family link opens in any browser.

Will the app message parents for me?

No. Every note opens in your WhatsApp for you to read and send. The app never sends anything to a family and doesn't store their numbers.

What happens to a guest classroom?

It stays in your browser until you save your account. A guest account nobody has used for 30 days may be removed.

Does it work on a cheap phone?

Yes. It's light, works in any modern browser, and can be added to your home screen like an app.

Who can see a student's fees and notes?

Only the student, their teachers, and whoever you send the family link to. Classmates never see each other's fees or notes.
